  • Digital Images: Photographs captured during your session which identify you and your guests.

  • Contact Details: Your name and email address used to grant access to your private gallery.

  • Technical Data: IP addresses and device information collected automatically by our hosting platform to ensure secure gallery delivery.

2. Purpose of Processing

We use your information strictly for:

  • Delivering your high-resolution digital gallery.

  • Facilitating the order of physical prints or products.

  • Communicating regarding gallery expiration or updates.

  • Internal record-keeping and tax compliance.

3. Image Security & Storage

Your images are hosted on a professional gallery platform. We implement the following safeguards:

  • Password Protection: Galleries are kept private and can be password-protected upon request.

  • Secure Access: We do not share your gallery link with third parties without your explicit permission.

  • Encryption: Data is transferred using secure SSL encryption.

4. Data Retention

We do not store your data indefinitely.

  • Active Galleries: Your gallery will remain accessible for the duration specified in your contract (typically 1 Month).

  • Archiving: Once a gallery expires, images may be moved to offline storage or deleted. It is the client's responsibility to download and backup their images upon delivery.

5. Your Rights

Under POPIA, you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.

  • Request the correction of any inaccurate information.

  • Request the permanent deletion of your gallery and associated data from our systems.

6. Children’s Privacy

We take the privacy of minors seriously. Images of children (under 18) are only captured and processed with the explicit or implied consent of a parent or legal guardian.
